Eligibility: Open to anyone who, as of August 1, 2008 at 12:01 AM ET is 18 years of age. Employees of City Park Golf Management, LLC (Sponsor), Billy Casper Golf, LLC, its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and all coordinating agencies or vendors for the Grand Reopening Free Golf Giveaway, and the immediate family members of each living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. By entering the contest, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects, and to release Sponsor, its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and all coordinating agencies from any and all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation and the acceptance of any prize. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness for any and all promotional purposes without any compensation.
How to Enter: Sweepstakes begin at 12:01 AM ET on August 1st and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 24th, 2008. (Entry Period). You may enter the contest at City Park Golf located at 1051 Filmore Ave, New Orleans, LA 70124 and on-line at cityparkgolf.com. Only entries on official “GOLFER REGISTRATION” Entry Form will be accepted. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using copies, third party entries, facsimiles and/or mechanical reproductions are not permitted and will be disqualified). Sponsor is not responsible for internet entries not received for any reason including but not limited to connectivity issues and transmission issues between sponsors third party internet suppliers. Only eligible entries actually received by Sponsor before the end of the specified entry period will be included in the prize drawing. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or mutilated entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and none will be returned.
Prizes: Fifty six (56) golf foursomes. Prize includes all applicable greens fees and power cart rental fees. Prize does not include food and beverage items. All food and beverage purchases will be at the sole discretion and expense of winner. Prize times will start with the first tee time of the day at 6:00 and will be awarded in consecutive order with one foursome time being awarded every eight minutes until 1:56pm, excluding on-hour times after 6:00 am. Prize award is valid for winning starting time only. Prize may not be transferred or re-sold. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
Winner Selection and Notification. Fifty six (56) winners shall be selected in a random drawing on or around August 25th, 2008 among the eligible entries received to that date. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All prize drawings shall be conducted by City Park Golf whose decisions are final. Prize winner will be notified by phone. Prize winners may be required to sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and provide any additional information (such as social security number), that may be required by Sponsor. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of the Sponsor and Promoter to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and the names of participants will be retained on Sponsor's mailing list for future contact.
